Hazard
Poor tightening of bolts and nuts that connect to the front suspension arm and the ball joint can result in a loss of wheel support. The risk could lead to injuries as the user may lose control of the machine if a wheel detaches from it.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Supply of Machinery (Safety) Regulations 2008.
Corrective action
The product has been withdrawn from the market and recalled from end users.
Kubota have launched a modification programme and will tighten the bolts and nuts to a specified torque. Kubota has advised to either contact your selling or nearest authorised Kubota dealer, who can be found at: www.kubota-eu.com.
