Hazard
The plug may break apart when being plugged into, or removed from, the socket. This exposes the live parts and presents a serious risk of electric shock.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016 or the Plugs & Sockets (Safety) Regulations 1994.
Corrective action
The manufacturer, Neptune, has recalled the transformer and plug from end users directly.
