Hazard
The product presents a risk of injuries as a fault with the shoulder strap attachment to the body panel has been identified. It is possible for the webbing to fray or come away from the carrier’s body, which could result in the baby falling from the carrier unexpectedly and receiving injuries.
The affected products do not meet the requirements of the General Product Safety Regulations 2005.
Corrective action
