Hazard
The product presents a risk of damage to sight as it fails to meet the engineering controls and labelling required by EN 60825-1:2014 for a Class 4 product. This includes the lack of protective housing, the lack of a remote interlock connector, the lack of manual reset or key control, and the lack of an emission warning device. The user and individuals in the surrounding area are at increased risk of damage to sight should they look into the laser beam.
The product does not meet the requirements of the General Product Safety Regulations 2005.
