Hazard
The product presents a risk of burns to the user as it has been identified that the welding seam of the boiler can split open.
The failure of the welding seam leads to the escape of hot steam which can burn the user.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016.
Corrective action
The product has been recalled from end users.
A modification programme is underway for repairs and refunds.
