Hazard
The product presents a high risk of fire because some batches have been found to have mixed fuse sizes. Some units are carrying a 5 AMP fuse which means there is a risk of overheating when the heater is on full power and damage could be caused to the plug/socket.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016 or the Plugs & Sockets etc. (Safety) Regulations 1994.
Corrective action
This product has been recalled from end users. Owners of affected products should stop using the product immediately and remove it from the main power supply.
