Hazard
The product presents a risk of fire as it has been identified that the battery may overheat and enter into thermal runaway, causing a fire.
The product does not meet the requirements of the General Product Safety Regulations 2005.
Corrective action
The product has been recalled from end users.
Affected consumers are advised to immediately stop using the MAG Battery Pack and access the Quadlock website to participate in the recall. Once the form has been filled in, consumers will be given the option to receive a full refund or store credit.
