The product does not meet the requirements of the Supply of Machinery (Safety) Regulations 2008.

Update - 30th October 2024: As of 29th August 2024, repairs are no longer being offered. Smyths Toys now advise all affected consumers to stop using the product immediately and return it to their nearest store for a full refund.
