Hazard
The product presents a risk of choking as the printed film laminated onto the foam may scratch or peel off over time, producing small parts. Young children could place the small parts into their mouth and choke.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.
Corrective action
The product has been recalled from end users. Owners should stop using the product immediately, and keep it out of the reach of young children. Contact the distributor you purchased from to arrange a return and refund/replacement of the product.
