Hazard
The products have been identified as presenting a risk of strangulation due to the free running adjustment loop in the neck area. The loop of the drawcord may be caught in a gap or a protuberance on the slide when a child is playing on a playground and is pulled through its channel. The child is unable to stop and is caught by the drawcord becoming trapped. The child sustains injuries such as suffocation or strangulation before being freed.
The products do not meet the requirements of the General Product Safety Regulations 2005.
