Hazard

If a product with an internal electrical short is plugged into this charge station the charge station could overheat to an unsafe temperature. The heat is high enough to melt the nearby ABS plastic of the GDX-CRG housing, presenting a risk of burns.

The product does not meet the requirements of the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016.

Corrective action

The product has been recalled from end users.
