Hazard
There is inadequate guarding of the blade which could result in users making contact with moving blade. This presents a high risk of user suffering injuries ranging from laceration to full amputation. The product does not meet the requirements of the Supply of Machinery (Safety) Regulations 2008.
The live and neutral pins of the plug are less than the required minimum distance of 9.5mm from the periphery of engagement surface of the plug. This presents a risk of electric shock as the user’s finger can contact live parts of the plug, as the plug is extracted from the socket.
The product therefore does not meet the requirements of the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016.

The product has been recalled from end users.
