Product Description Two sizes of plastic battery-operated bath toy that looks like a small shark with a hard plastic top fin, one full size version and one mini size version. The full-size version was sold in colours; yellow, pink and blue, both individually and in a pack of three. The mini size version was sold in colours; yellow, pink and blue and was sold individually, in packs of two or three and were also included in the ‘Baby Shark water park playset’.

Hazard

The hard plastic top fin presents a risk of injuries. Children using the toy particularly in a bath or paddling pool may slip and fall onto the hard plastic top fin of the Baby Shark and may suffer scratches, laceration, or puncture injuries.

The products do not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.

Corrective action

The product has been recalled from end users, including both full-size and mini versions of the product.
