Hazard

This product presents a serious risk of injuries as it is not capable of safely holding the appropriate weight of a baby when they are placed in. If a parent places their child inside and was to walk away whilst the baby is kicking backwards in the walker, the product could topple or overturn, causing injuries.

The product also presents a serious risk of suffocation as part of the blue from the flower sticker detached at less than 90N, creating a small part capable of fitting entirely inside of a small parts cylinder. A child may place this in their mouth and suffocate or choke.

There are also several burrs present underneath the tray, presenting sharp edges, and the product is missing some of the required warnings and instructions.

The product does not meet the requirements of the General Product Safety Regulations 2005.

Corrective action

The import has been rejected at the border and destroyed.
