The product presents a high risk of injuries as the steering column locking device can fail. This could result in the handlebars unexpectedly dropping during use, causing the user to fall.
Additionally, the diameter of the front wheels was identified as being is below the specified minimum of 120mm and therefore the scooter poses a potential ejection hazard if hitting an object.
