Hazard

The products plug had a counterfeit fuse which was not supplied with any granular filler, which means if any fault conditions were to occur, the fuse would not stop this and could therefore lead to a product catching fire. The product had not been marked with a single postal address at which the manufacturer can be contacted, and there was an anomaly with the rating of the appliance.

The product had not been correctly fitted with a standard plug, as defined by the Plugs and Socket Regulations 1994. The product did not comply with the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016
