Hazard
The product presents a serious chemical risk as when tested phthalates were detected in the head and shoe of the doll, the levels of which exceeded the maximum limit by mass of the plasticised material.
Phthalates may harm the health of children, causing possible damage to their reproductive system. Additionally, the product does not comply with the marking requirements of the relevant standard.
The product does not meet the requirements of the REACH Enforcement Regulations 2008 or the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.
