The product presents a serious risk of injuries as it can reach speeds in excess of the maximum permissible level. This could cause the user to lose control and crash or fall, receiving injuries.
The product also presents a risk of electric shock as it was supplied with a noncompliant plug and fuse. The transformer also did not meet the requirements for creepage and clearance.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Supply of Machinery (Safety) Regulations 2008 or the Plugs & Sockets etc. (Safety) Regulations 1994.
