The construction of the product is insufficient and, because it is designed for use by young children, it is likely to be dropped or thrown and there is therefore an increased risk of the product short circuiting. A short circuit of the product may result in the surface of the plastic screen of the phone reaching 54.9 degrees Celsius. The child may pick up the phone and burn their hand, face, or ear.
