Hazard
The product presents a serious risk of choking as the wooden fish constitute a small part. The magnets were also easily detachable and are a small part. A child playing with the toy unattended may place the small parts in their mouth, posing a choking hazard to young children.
The flexible plastic bag used for packaging has a thickness less than the minimum requirement, and therefore presents a potential asphyxiation or suffocation hazard.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.
Corrective action
The import has been rejected at the border and destroyed.
