Hazard
The product presents a serious risk of electric shock as the luminaire is inadequately earthed. The clamping did not adequately secure the product against accidental loosening, meaning that if the earthing were to fail, it could cause the product to become live and result in electrocuting the consumer.
The product was also missing some of the required documentation and markings and does not comply with the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016.
