The product presents a serious risk of choking as when tested, it was found that the left eye was easily detachable, and fitted wholly inside the small parts cylinder, meaning that it could easily be swallowed by a young child.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.
Corrective action
The import has been rejected at the border.
