Hazard
The product poses a risk of choking as when tested according to the tension test, the plastic fastener broke at a force of 65 N, releasing elements which fit entirely within the small parts cylinder. A young child may place the small parts into their mouth and block their airways.
The product also presents a risk of strangulation as the strap intended to be worn fully or partially around the neck and which creates a fixed loop has no breakaway feature.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.
