Hazard
The product presents a high chemical risk as the 10ml nicotine e-liquid cartridge which attaches to the device is not locked to the device robustly and can be easily removed. This allows the toxic nicotine e-liquid to leak out of the device and cartridge, presenting a risk to human health.
E-cigarettes are required to be child-resistant and tamper-evident, and therefore the product does not meet the requirements of the Tobacco and Related Products Regulations 2016.

The import has been rejected at the border and the manufacturer has redesigned the product to ensure the e-liquid cartridge locks effectively.
