The product presents a serious chemical risk as it claims to contain hydrogen peroxide at a concentration of 3%, which exceeds the maximum permitted limit of 0.1% in cosmetic products. Hydrogen peroxide at high concentrations causes skin irritation and is harmful if swallowed. In addition, some of the required documentation was not present.
