The tow handle can pinch consumers’ fingers against the cooler, posing a crushing hazard and potential risk of fingertip amputation.
The product does not meet the requirements of the General Product Safety Regulations 2005.
Corrective action
Consumers in possession of a cooler manufactured between August 2018 and December 2023 should stop using the product immediately and contact their place of purchase to request a replacement tow handle kit.
