Hazard
The product presents a serious risk of electric shock as there is direct access to live parts due to a lack of shutters on the pin engagement ports. Additionally, the live and neutral pins are too close to the edge of the adaptor, which could allow the consumer to touch the live pin when energised.
The product also presents a risk of fire, as it is supplied with an incorrect fuse, which could cause the adapter to overheat.
