Hazard
The product presents a serious chemical risk and risk of choking as the battery compartments do not include a screw, or similar fixing, to secure them. When the drop test was performed, the two halves of the battery compartment split open, and the three button cell batteries became directly accessible. The button batteries may be placed in the mouth and swallowed, presenting a choking hazard for young children, and causing damage to the gastrointestinal tract due to a chemical burn hazard.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.
