The plug face did not meet the dimensional requirements of BS 1363 because the distance between the neutral and the outside edge measured at 8.1mm where the standard requires this measurement to be a minimum of 9.5mm.

The product does not meet the requirements of the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016.
