Hazard
The instrument has been identified as presenting a high risk of choking. The instrument’s bells were found to detach from the product easily, producing small parts which fit into a small parts cylinder. If a bell falls off when being used by a young child, it presents a choking hazard. The product also does not meet the relevant labelling requirements.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.
