Hazard
The product presents a serious risk of entrapment as the distance between accessible movable parts are not either smaller than 5mm or wider than 18mm in any position, as required by the standard. During the folding process, the user’s fingers may become trapped and be injured.
The handlebar plugs also detached at a force less than the minimum permissible, exposing parts which present a puncture hazard. The handlebar adjuster and steering column moving elements also have accessible openings which present a shearing hazard.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.
