The sample had not been supplied with a clear, understandable, and intelligible set of instructions to ensure the safe and correct assembly, installation, use and maintenance of the equipment.

The product does not meet the requirements of the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016.

Corrective action

The import has been rejected at the border.
