Hazard
The product poses a risk of choking as when tested according to the impact test, the wooden ring broke and released elements which fit entirely within a small parts cylinder. A young child may the wooden ring into their mouth and choke.
The 14 ribbons have a free length between 307mm and 330 mm when subjected to a tensile force of 25 N + 2 N which is greater than the limit of 300mm, posing a strangulation risk to young children.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.
Corrective action
The product has been recalled from end users.
