This product presents a serious risk of choking as the soother ring is easily detachable which can cause the magnet to be easily accessible. If a child were to put the magnet in their mouth and swallow it, they may choke. The magnetic flux of the magnet was above the permitted level causing a risk of injuries if ingested.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.
