Traditional term for wine
Summary
From fully matured grapes with a minimum natural sugar content of 17° KMW. No enrichment and no sweetening is allowed. The max. yield is 9.000 kg of grapes per ha or 6.750 l wine per ha, max. residual sugar is 9 g/l. The wine can only be sold with a quality wine check number.
