On 20 November 2006, breakdown train 2Z99 was travelling from Brighton to Old Oak Common depot in West London when the leading wheelset of the jib runner vehicle of crane ADRC96702 derailed at 15:40 hrs on Greenford East Curve, near Greenford in West London.
