Report a disqualified director
You can report a director who has been disqualified and is:
- working as a director of a company or a member of a limited liability partnership (LLP) - unless they have the court’s permission
- getting involved in the promotion, formation or management of a company - unless they have the court’s permission
- acting as an insolvency practitioner
- breaching any other restrictions of a ban
You can also report a director if they’re subject to bankruptcy restrictions or have a:
- Debt Relief Order
- Bankruptcy Restrictions Order (BRO) or Undertaking (BRU)
- Debt Relief Restrictions Order (DRRO) or Undertaking (DRRU)
You can also report a person who’s subject to director disqualification sanctions who is:
- acting as a director - unless they have the court’s permission or a licence allowing specific activities
- doing activities that are not allowed by their director disqualification sanction licence
- in breach of the conditions of their director disqualification sanction licence
