An eVisa is an online record of your immigration status. You access it using a UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) account.
Use this service to report an error with any of the following details on your eVisa:
- name
- date of birth
- nationality
- status
- the date your visa is valid from
- the date your visa is valid to
- National Insurance number
- photo
- what you can and cannot do in the UK
You can also use this service to:
- report a problem with getting a share code
- change the email address or phone number you use to sign in - if the Home Office created your UKVI account
- report that you cannot view your eVisa when you sign in to your UKVI account

Before you start
You’ll need to give:
- your full name, date of birth and nationality as they appear on your eVisa
- an email or UK postal address
You’ll also be asked to give one of the following:
- passport number
- biometric residence permit (BRP) number
- global web form (GWF) number from your visa application
- unique application number (UAN) from your visa application
- UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) customer number
What happens next
UKVI will contact you to either:
- confirm that they’ve corrected the details
- ask you for more information
