Abstract

Cost analysis is a powerful tool; programmes can use the data to develop realistic budgets, calculate the most efficient use of resources, and understand the demands of scale-up or replication. To provide programme managers and decision makers with a guide to costing in HIV/AIDS, the best resources in this area are reviewed.
