This report assesses the findings of motorcycle and motor-tricycle taxi operators and stakeholder interviews in Monrovia and Ganta

Abstract

The outbreak of the COVID-19 epidemic and the various measures put in place to mitigate its spread had a considerable impact on the urban transport sector.

This report presents and assesses the findings of approximately 120 motorcycle and motor-tricycle taxi operators and approximately 15 key stakeholder interviews conducted in the cities of Monrovia and Ganta, Liberia. The main purpose of the report is to provide evidence-based inputs to policy formulation.
