Abstract

This report provides lessons and recommendations for DFID Zimbabwe on how to support business environment reform (BER) using an adaptive programming approach. Lessons are drawn from a desk based review of five previous or on-going DFID business enabling environment programmes.

This research is part of the Business Environment for Economic Development programme.
