Adolescent boys and youth in Lebanon: a review of the evidence

This evidence review has a focus on similarities and differences among host and refugee communities

Abstract

This evidence review summarises what is known about adolescent boys’ and youth well-being in Lebanon, with a focus on similarities and differences among host and refugee communities. The review draws on published and grey literature and is organised according to the GAGE conceptual framework which looks at 6 key capability domains:

  1. education and learning,

  2. bodily integrity and freedom from violence

  3. health and nutrition

  4. psychsocial well-being

  5. voice and agency

  6. economic empowerment.
