Abstract

This appendix ( to the project 'Politiking for the Poor: Senior Leaders Political Management of Pro-Poor Initiatives in an era of Centrists') defines political will, asks what purpose it is serving, and looks at two ways of analysing it. Situating political will within a broader context is then discussed.
