Assessing the effectiveness of using Public-Private Partnerships to improve family planning services in Bangladesh

Abstract

This study assesses the use of Public-Private Partnerships in providing quality and accessible family planning services in Bangladesh. OBJECTIVES To increase knowledge and awareness, access, and use, of Long Acting Contraceptive Methods (LACM). To increase the number of clients using Long Acting Contraceptive Methods (LACM) within family planning programmes. To increase use of Intra-Uterine Devices (IUDs) and understand the trend of using IUDs in an urban environment.
