Abstract
This report provides a snapshot of available technologies, existing projects, and current knowledge on implementing cooking interventions in humanitarian settings. It profiles 2 cooking projects that have changed the lives of refugees and internally displaced people in Ethiopia and Sudan. It features several innovations such as fuels, cooking technology, and distribution models that have the potential to benefit more crisis-affected people with further research, funding, and field testing.
