Abstract

This presentation looks at knowledge management and dissemination with reference to Low Volume Rural Roads. It is suggested that the path from the creation of new knowledge through to its use in practice involves barriers both known and unknown, and that the principal knowledge gaps are in understanding these barriers and in knowing how to overcome them.
