Domestic Resource Mobilization in Sub-Saharan Africa: The Case of Cameroon.

Abstract

Following a brief introduction this paper goes on to describe the Cameroonian economy, the public and private sector and Domestic Resource Mobilization (DRM) within the country. It concludes with a summary of the results of the study, indicating the main constraints to DRM in Cameroon, and strategies for enhancing it.
