DRUSSA Benchmarking Summary

DRUSSA is the Development Research Uptake in Sub-Saharan Africa programme

Abstract

This Benchmarking Exercise Summary provides a general overview of the responses received to the Benchmarking Survey and regional discussions during the two-day Benchmarking Exercise in Johannesburg on 19 and 20 June 2012. It highlights particular areas of interest, commonality and difference and distinction between universities. It further identifies areas of good practice in Research Uptake that have emerged from both the responses and the detailed discussions at the event. A set of revised Good Practice Statements, reflecting the regional discussions, is included as an Annexure at the end of the Report.
