Abstract

This second information bulletin covers the mid-term evaluation of the integrated pest management (IPM) of chickpea in Nepal project, which showed that the success of adoption of IPM technology was due socio-economic emancipation of peasants, freedom from the clutches of usurers, and strengthening farmer's faith in the technologies.
