Abstract

This final report provides an overview of the timber sub-sector in Ghana, timber sub-sector analysis (including the structure of the industry, institutional framework, policy and regulatory context, sub-sector trends and dynamics and constraints and opportunities), energy efficiency in sawmills, adding value/maximising recovery and residue utilisation and proposed interventions.
